OUR ITEMS
What are our items made of?
All our products are made from 100% GOTS certified organic cotton. We put the environment at the forefront of our decision making when starting up mångfald and use sustainable materials and natural fibres, wherever possible.
I’m unsure of my size. What size should I choose?
You can view our size guide on all items. Simply click Size Guide under your item’s product description.
PAYMENT
What payment options do you have?
You can purchase your order by using credit card, PayPal or Afterpay.
How long does it take for a refund to process?
Once your parcel arrives at our head office, your refund will be processed back to the same account you have used to make your purchase within 3-5 business days.
Any orders made via Afterpay will be refunded and we will cancel any future payments.
DELIVERY
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to get your orders shipped to you as soon as possible and ship all orders Monday - Friday (Victorian public holidays excluded). Your order should arrive within 2-5 business days for Standard Delivery, and 1-3 business days for Express Delivery once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Who do you ship with?
Our orders are shipped using Sendle, which is Australia's first postal company to offer fully carbon neutral delivery services.
What are the costs?
mångfald ships Australia wide and the costs involved are;
- $9.95 Standard Shipping (2-5 Business days after dispatch)
- $14.95 Express (1-3 Business days after dispatch - Up to 5 days for WA and Remote)
- We also offer free shipping on orders over $100
Where can I find the tracking information for my order?
After we have dispatched your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a link to your parcel's tracking information.
Does Express shipping guarantee my order will be processed and sent the following day?
Unfortunately, express post is not a ‘rush through’ fee. We still require 1-5 business days to pack and send your order, as some items are sourced from stores and therefore some delays may occur.
What if I am missing an item, or I received the wrong item?
If you have received your order incorrectly, please let us know by emailing us, and we will sort this out asap for you.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! But contact us for any further information.
SALE ITEMS
My order contains a sale item. Will it be sent straight away?
While the majority of sale stock is stored in our warehouse, we will occasionally need to source sale items from our retail stores. If your order contains a sale item, please note your order may be delayed while this item is sourced and sent back to our warehouse to complete your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my items?
You may return your item/s purchased online for an exchange or *refund (excluding sale items) provided all tags are still attached, the item is in an unworn condition and you have your order confirmation or proof of purchase.
